Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how users can cancel their subscriptions or accounts on Teachlix.

1. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your Teachlix account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your profile will be hidden from public view and search results immediately.

2. Subscription Cancellation

If you are on a paid recurring subscription, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.

3. Lead Credits

Unused lead credits cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash. They will remain in your account until their expiration date as per your selected plan.
